Golden Acres MN is our family farm in Central Minnesota built around a love for animals, family, regenerative farming, and intentional living. Located near Sauk Centre, Minnesota, our farm is home to AKC Golden Retrievers, grass-fed and grass-finished beef cattle, and pasture-raised broiler chickens raised with a deep commitment to stewardship, animal wellbeing, and thoughtfully produced food for local families.
What started as a small dream has grown into a way of life where our children are learning firsthand the value of hard work, caring for the land, and responsibly raising animals with compassion and consistency.
Our AKC Golden Retrievers are raised as part of our everyday family life with early socialization, outdoor enrichment, and consistent human connection from the very beginning. Within our Minnesota Golden Retriever breeding program, we prioritize health-tested Golden Retrievers with stable temperaments, sound structure, intelligence, and affectionate personalities that make exceptional family companions.
Beyond our dogs, we raise grass-fed and grass-finished beef along with pasture-raised broiler chickens using regenerative farming practices that support soil health, rotational grazing, animal welfare, and nutrient-dense food for families throughout Minnesota. Our cattle and chickens are raised outdoors on pasture in a way that works with the land while helping restore and nourish it for future generations.
